At Rocket Arena, we built Rocket a monster-making machine.

Custom artwork, live image capture programming, no lag mirrored motion tracking,  all wired into a web-based phone app. Fans walked in as themselves and walked out as Cleveland Ice Monsters.

It starts with a QR code. Scan it, and the fan's phone became the controller. They framed themselves in the camera, ran the countdown, struck a pose. The pipeline read the live image, applied the ice monster skin, rendered the result.

Then the download, straight to the fan's own phone. Don't even need to email-it-to-yourself. Just a souvenir, in hand, ready to post.
